Order Processing & Dispatch

Prepaid Orders

Prepaid orders are generally processed and shipped within 2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

Delivery Timeline

For standard pan-India orders, the expected delivery timeline is approximately 7–10 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Local Delivery – PIN Code 733129

For eligible orders around PIN code 733129, the following local delivery rules apply:

  • Within PIN code 733129 / up to 30 km: Standard Delivery is free.

  • Approximately 30–60 km from PIN code 733129:

    • Orders below ₹2,000: ₹99 Standard Delivery charge

    • Orders above ₹2,000: Free Standard Shipping

Orders without dress alterations in these eligible local areas may be delivered within 24 hours of placing the order.

Orders Requiring Dress Alterations

If a dress requires alterations, additional processing time will apply.

For eligible local orders around PIN code 733129, orders requiring alterations will be completed and shipped within approximately 2 days, depending on the nature of the alteration.

For other locations, alterations may increase the overall processing and delivery time.

Shipping Charges

Orders Above ₹2,000

Standard Shipping is free for prepaid orders above ₹2,000, subject to the applicable delivery area.

If the customer selects Express Delivery, the applicable Express Delivery charge will apply.

Orders Below ₹2,000

Shipping charges apply to orders below ₹2,000.

For eligible deliveries approximately 30–60 km from PIN code 733129, the Standard Delivery charge is ₹99.

For other delivery locations, applicable Standard Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery location.

Express Delivery, where available, will carry an additional charge.

Express Delivery

Express Delivery is an optional paid shipping service, subject to availability for the customer's location.

Even when an order qualifies for free Standard Shipping, selecting Express Delivery will incur the applicable Express Delivery charge.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

House of Shreengaar currently accepts prepaid orders through its available secure online payment methods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared through the contact information provided during checkout, where applicable.

Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances including:

  • Public holidays

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier delays

  • Natural disasters

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Other unforeseen circumstances
