We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices may change without prior notice.

House of Shreengaar currently accepts prepaid payments only through available secure online payment methods.

Cash on Delivery is currently not available.

In case of an inadvertent pricing or product information error, House of Shreengaar reserves the right to cancel the affected order and refund the amount paid through the original payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

House of Shreengaar currently delivers across India.

Standard pan-India orders are generally delivered within 7–10 business days.

Prepaid orders are generally shipped within 2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

For eligible local orders around PIN code 733129, orders without dress alterations may be delivered within 24 hours of placing the order.

Orders requiring dress alterations may require approximately 2 days or additional processing time, depending on the location and nature of the alteration.

Standard Shipping is free for prepaid orders above ₹2,000, subject to the applicable delivery area.

For eligible deliveries approximately 30–60 km from PIN code 733129, a ₹99 Standard Delivery charge applies to orders below ₹2,000. Orders above ₹2,000 receive free Standard Shipping.

For orders below ₹2,000 outside this specified local area, applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Express Delivery, where available, is subject to additional charges.

6. Dress Alterations

House of Shreengaar provides dress alteration assistance for eligible products.

To request an alteration:

Place your order through our website.
Take a screenshot showing your order confirmation and Order ID.
Share the screenshot with our team through the WhatsApp number provided on our website.
A member of our team will assist you with the alteration request.
The product will be shipped after the alteration is completed.

Orders requiring alterations may require additional processing time.

For eligible local orders around PIN code 733129, altered products may be completed and shipped within approximately 2 days.

7. Returns & Exchanges

House of Shreengaar currently does not accept general customer-initiated returns.

Exchanges may be accepted subject to our Refund & Exchange Policy.

If an exchange is requested because of a customer preference, such as changing the size, colour, design, or product, the applicable return/reverse shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

If the issue is attributable to House of Shreengaar, applicable shipping charges will be borne by House of Shreengaar.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

Customers must provide a clear and continuous unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened if they wish to raise a claim regarding damage, defect, or an incorrect product.

The video should clearly show the sealed parcel, opening of the parcel, and the product or issue being reported.

Claims without appropriate evidence may not be accepted.

9. Privacy & Security

Your privacy is important to us.

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

However, no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
